Ordering & delivery
Contact us via the contact form, telephone (+44 161 834 5520) or visit our showroom at 28 King Street, Manchester. We confirm availability, pricing and delivery options before you commit. We do not process orders directly through this website.
Yes. We offer fully insured delivery to any UK address. Collection from our Manchester showroom is also available by appointment. International shipping may be arranged on request — contact us for details.
Absolutely. Visit our King Street showroom Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00, or book an appointment with Fiona Walsh for a private consultation. Appointments are recommended for bespoke configurations.
Warranty & servicing
Manufacturing defects in the movement, case and crystal. One complimentary service is included within the warranty period. Accidental damage, misuse and unauthorised repairs are excluded. Full details are in our Terms and on the warranty card supplied with each watch.
All warranty and authorised servicing is performed at our Manchester workshop. Contact Hannah Morris to arrange a service booking. We recommend servicing every three to five years, depending on usage.
Yes. Warranty cover requires servicing exclusively at our authorised Manchester workshop with genuine Crown & Calibre parts. Opening the case at an unauthorised repairer will void the warranty.
Authenticity
Every Crown & Calibre watch has a unique serial number on the case back and certificate of authenticity. Contact Daniel Booth's authenticity team with your serial number — we respond within two working days. See our Authenticity page for details.
Yes. Contact us with the serial number and proof of purchase. We will verify the watch, update the ownership record and confirm remaining warranty cover where applicable.
Models & specifications
The Crown Classic (CC-01), Calibre Diver (CD-02), Lancastrian Slim (LS-05) and Peak Explorer (PE-06) are generally available from stock. The Northern Chronograph (NC-03) and Heritage Edition (HE-04) are produced in limited runs — contact us for current availability.
Limited bespoke options are available on select models — alternative straps, buckle types and engraving. Speak with Fiona Walsh to discuss what is possible for your chosen reference.
Yes. All Crown & Calibre watches use certified Swiss calibres from established manufacturers. Each movement is inspected upon arrival and hand-regulated in our Manchester workshop before casing.
