Daniel manages our authenticity registry and verification service. He ensures every serial number is correctly recorded and responds to authentication enquiries from clients and trade partners.

Hannah coordinates workshop scheduling, service bookings and parts inventory. She ensures every repair and service is completed to Margaret's standards and returned to the client on time.
